Mavs Takeover!

Last week, Thames Mavericks took over! We were thrilled to be the first club to takeover the EMMNA Instagram Stories feed during a training session and we has SO much fun as for two hours, we were in charge…

The takeover covered our whole training session, covering everything from warm-up to skills practices and gameplay. There was even a birthday cake for one of our players at the end of the evening, although muting our singing was definitely the right thing to do!

All of the videos we shared were completely unedited - just recorded straight into Instagram and posted, with some appropriate music, of course, so all you saw was unfiltered. When we watched everything afterwards, there was so much to love - lots of hard work, lots of learning, lots of smiles and great teamwork.
